Once you decide you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive the MPA Client Placement Agreement to review. Upon signature and payment of the deposit, your search begins.

We’ll send you our secure Family Registration Form to complete. This form provides us with the information we need to begin a highly targeted search for your ideal match.

We tap into our trusted network and carefully vetted roster to identify exceptional professionals who meet your criteria. Every candidate undergoes reference checks, experience verification, and skills assessment.

We present a select number of tailored profiles for your review. From there, we arrange interviews — virtual or in-person — so you can connect directly with potential candidates.

Once you’ve chosen your ideal caregiver and the MPA Service Agreement has been fully executed, MPA remains available to facilitate communication and ensure a seamless experience, providing the high-touch support our families expect from the very first day.

Our relationship doesn’t end once the placement is made. We check in regularly to ensure the fit remains strong, and we’re always available as your needs change.
